We’ve seen how Copilot for Microsoft 365 is revolutionising organisations globally. What if we told you that there’s a way to connect Copilot to your knowledge and data centres, giving you a completely custom AI assistant?

Introducing Copilot Agents.

Copilot Agents are advanced AI-driven tools designed to seamlessly integrate with your existing data. Extending the capabilities of Copilot for Microsoft 365, Agents provide an easier way to work with AI.

Copilot Agents can provide contextual support, automate routine tasks, and deliver insights customised to your specific needs. They act as an intelligent layer of support, enhancing productivity.

Copilot Agents give you…

Seamless integration

One of the standout features of Copilot Agents is their seamless integration with the Web and Work tabs of Copilot Chat, as well as other workflows and tools you already use. No matter where you work from, Copilot Agents work alongside your platforms to enhance functionality.

Productivity and efficiency

By automating routine tasks like data entry, scheduling, and report generation, Copilot Agents free up your time to focus on more strategic and creative activities. This automation not only accelerates task completion but also reduces the risk of human error, leading to more accurate outcomes.

Better decision-making

Copilot Agents assist users in performing a variety of tasks, working alongside you to offer suggestions and provide insights to help you make informed decisions. By analysing data and presenting actionable insights, Agents empower you to make well-informed decisions.

Getting started with Copilot Agents

Integrating Copilot Agents into your workflow is straightforward. From Copilot in Teams or the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, select “Get Copilot Agents” on the right-side panel to explore Agents in the app store. Once you’ve found an Agent that suits your needs, install it by selecting “Add” on the app tile or in the app details dialog. After installing, select “Open in Copilot” to start interacting with your new assistant.

Alternatively, creating your own Agent in Copilot Studio enables you to tailor the assistant to your exact needs. To create your own Copilot Agent, access Copilot Studio within the Copilot interface and define the tasks and objectives you want your Agent to accomplish. Customise the data sources and knowledge bases your Agent will integrate with, and design the interaction and automation flows that dictate how it will respond to various inputs. Make sure to test and alter your Agent as necessary.

Creating your own Copilot Agent is easy, and it’s the quickest way to get a custom AI for your business needs.

The value of AI in the workplace

We’ve reached the point where AI isn’t just a far-away idea or wish. It’s here. As with any new technology, we’re in the middle of a drastic shift: moving away from experimentation and into real business use.

If you’re yet to explore the innovations that come alongside Microsoft Copilot, we’re here to help. Read our brochure to find out everything about AI, including the types of AI, use cases, and an in-depth exploration into Microsoft’s AI offerings.
