Business Continuity Plan

We know your organisation depends on our ability to provide reliable, uninterrupted service in the event of a pandemic, epidemic or any other disastrous occurrence, and therefore we would like to reassure you and share the measures that we take to ensure business continuity.

At Phoenix, we have made investments in our technology infrastructure and business continuity planning, and are accredited to ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity). This has strengthened our ability to ensure we can operate all our systems and processes remotely with no interruption to normal service levels.  We have rigorously tested our business continuity strategies and cyber security and have instigated robust succession planning to ensure we can provide ‘business as usual’ services. As a result, Phoenix has assessed that the most disastrous occurrences are a low risk to the organisation and its day-to-day business and operations.

We open for business in line with the times published on our website and remain committed to supporting you and your organisation with our unparalleled level of service and will continue to monitor any threats to business continuity, and where necessary, providing you with updates appropriately and promptly.  If you have any questions, please contact your Account Manager on 01904 562200 or email [email protected].

The sudden absence of key staff is covered within our internal Business Continuity Planning documentation and considers the risk, probability, impact, priority and details the mitigations in place and the resulting post-mitigation rating. The sudden absence of staff is mitigated by having enough staff employed in all areas to cover the loss; staff are multi-trained to cover roles and succession planning is in place.

Phoenix does not envisage any impact on our ability to supply software or hardware to our customers should any supplier be significantly affected by a disastrous occurrence as we have the flexibility of choice for sourcing products from multiple suppliers and vendors.

All our Business Continuity documentation and processes are reviewed and signed off annually, or after any significant impact/disaster, by our Director of Business Operations
