We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new Full Stack Developer to work in our AI practice.
What will you be doing?
- Development – you will design, develop and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions for our customers, focusing on both front-end (React/Node) and back-end (C#) development. You will be collaborating with AI consultant to integrate AI logic into these solutions while guiding pro-code aspects of each project, this includes implementing and managing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Technical Leadership – you will be expected to provide technical leadership by helping to shape development best practices for the team that contribute towards quality and innovation. You will work autonomously to manage project deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and will support the development and maintenance of quality assurance measures in collaboration with other engineers.

What are we looking for?
The right person for this role will be an experienced full-stack developer who is self-sufficient and capable of working autonomously. You will have proven expertise in full-stack development with proficiency in C#, React and/or Node.js.
This role is not suitable for new graduates or this with under 2 years professional experience.
Key Skills:
- Strong C#
- Strong React and/or node.js
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with RESTful APIs, including development, integration and optimisation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in shaping best practices and mentoring others in a development environment
- Awareness of best practices in cloud-based application development and deployment

Where is the role based?
Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) but this role can be fully remote in the UK
How many interviews?
Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.
